And also... I'm not on anybody's side.. but I'm saying if you have a situation that you want to report to a staff member be ready to have at least 2-3 witnesses (not including yourself) to help you so you have full provable evidence that he/she did what or hacked or spammed. Just my opinion
And if you ready for arguments/debates be sure to have points to back you up
(not saying I'm good at that stuff maybe you'll understand in a different way)

IVI was kind enough to give you about a minute, since you said you had a "shitty connection". Although I was a little harsh, you know we have 0 tolerance for people with clients, and if you don't have one, don't act like you do.

And proof? Ymere and IVI were on at the time. You can ask them.

Allowed mod usage:
Optifine
Any mods that does not affect directly, gameplay, like InvTweak or RandomMobs
Any mods that has no SMP support (You will likely crash with these)
MCPatcher
Mods to change from one slot in your hotbar to another (1-9),maybe counts InvTweaks
Mods are Modifications to the Minecraft jar and, are Third-Party tools. They are not supported by mojang and any crash you have will not be helped by them.

I myself use: RandomMobs, Optifine_HD_U_A2 (High Definition Ultra A2 (version))
Macro Keybind Mod, Better Animations mod (Soon to get it again) TMI (used, not anymore, but anyone can have it, it cannot affect servers, you need operator status and ./give commands) and some others, minor,like optifine configurating.

I think that dick of a guy should be demoted to admin, Some one that bans someone else Because there using a mod called InvTweaks to Organize your shit quickly is in my case some one that is a fuck head the over uses there power, I'm not saying that he does, or that he should get demoted, But i am saying that you need to get mods and admins that don't accuse people of hacks and ban them with no proof to back them up, So yea, Patserfati = Fuckface...
