Im sorry but two weeks on the server isnt long enough to earn staff, when the server is back up ill observe your behavior and decide in a month

Previous server staff positions on other servers (and possibly why you aren't there anymore): OP, They closed their server
Why you think your qualified: Cause I can help people when they need help and I can be online atleast 24 hours and I can help to lessen the griefers
