Shadow was right, all bans by Pyrak were temp. You must have been hacking because apparently you're still banned. An admin must have saw you guys hack at one point in time. There are atleast 5 witnesses that contributed to the thought that you hack with Mordinia. Someone finally decided to take action, unlike Pedro.....

Either way, if you weren't hacking then you shouldn't have been playing with her.
She had Diamond Armor, etc.. from the start.

In the end, I think that you were banned fairly. The admin immediately decided to ban all the members of the faction, because he prodably thought that the hacker has position you in an unfair advantage by boosting all of your resources. Still, there are witnesses so there are 2 reasons for banning you.

Yea, I invited him to our TS server about 2 hours before we called off the hacking spree. Bad call on my part, he turned Mordinia (some chick we used to hacked) into Ymere and Brood.

I think Pyrak is doing a service to the server, most of the staff on the server never do anything against hackers, like I told pedro that thegamer, mordinia, and loeyer were hacking he chose to ignore me and let them hack on... But Pyrak did the right thing and ban them.
So I think we all misunderstood Pyrak, he's acually pretty cool.

I agree with Gibs i also told that thegamer was hacking but pedro said he banned him with a tempban which means he will again start hacking so gj pedro really gj

I do BAN and/or jail/permaban hackers. You just need proof, you cant come to me saying "omfffgg he hacks" and that i would do anything without proof.

ok I see what you're saying

pyrak wasnt,cant and wont be banned

#1: Proof/Evidence all the info you know
#2: Has that person hacked before and is known
#3: Do you have anything to back you up if people ask you questions
#4: If yes then your witnesses my be shown and approved
#5: Then they interrogate the suspect
#6: And then you can have full right on behalf of the staff to say he hacked and should either be jailed for admitting it or tempbanned/permaban

My philosophy/theory xD hope it helps. If not you may find your own way

Still, if several people told you that someone hacks and they don't have proof, its your job to investigate the players that are accused. How am I supposed to send you the evidence? Gibs already tested you by making a topic with a title "loeyer hacks". He provided you with evidence and you still ignored it. Loeyer finally got banned when Beepz accused him of hacking. Immeadiate action was taken because there was responsable staff currently on the server. Two admins were on Loeyers ass for about 10 minutes. You couldn't sacrifice 10 minutes because you are lazy.

That's the type of behaviour that I was expecting. Beeperz fulfilled that expectation on the 1st day >.> . You could have checked his mine and he would have been banned like 2 two days ago because he was just digging straight toward diamonds in complete darkness.

How is it that Loeyer gets banned the next day after Gibbs starts a poll about someone hacking? The same thing happened with Mordinia and thegamer****. I could care less if there is only one witness, but you guys had three of them from the start and it ended up with beeperz being the 6th one. While 5 of witnesses were on the server saying that he prodably is hacking, you still choose to pursue the thought of being ignorant.

Don't make me tell you how to do your job Pedro. I don't want to make this a big deal. You gave me a really sloppy vision of yourself, because of the way you were acting on the server. We just got up on the wrong foot. I am just telling you that it is possible to allways improve.

So, by this post, youre generally telling me i'm not resposnsable, i don't ban any hackers, i allow hackers to hack, i like the xrayers, and that i want pvploggers to exist.
Also, i don't view mediafire downloads for just simple .pngs.
Put the image at imgur or tinypic and then post the Image. That simple.

Lol, ok you can put that way. I'm not saying that you're unreasonable and that you love hackers. Don't take me the wrong way. All im saying is that you should listen to players a little bit more. If there were 5 people saying that loeyer hacks, why didn't you atleast explored the base of the hacker? I just hate the fact that you ignored 5 people who wanted you to investigate the situation.
