| Well, you said it right in the middle. You'll have to prove your worth over time. None of the staff really know you, and, like ragdoll said, you're not even a mod yet. Also, admins don't mess around with the plugins. That would require access to the server files, which only two people have, that I am aware of. So, qualified to modify Minecraft, sure. How long you have been with VerinCraft and your average play time per day: I have been playing on the verincraft server for about a month, and I am usually on for about 3-4 hours a day. On the weekend I will be on much longer because I work on the week days.
Previous server staff positions on other servers (and possibly why you aren't there anymore): I was an admin on the GodZPvP server, the server was not shut down but it was reset because the co-owner betrayed and griefed the entire server. After it was reset the owner decided to ban every single staff member because he thought that we were involved in it even though some staff members weren't even on at the time.
Why you think your qualified: I think I am qualified because I am trustworthy (and over time I can prove it), I am helpful, and I am experienced with minecraft servers. (I am a computer programmer and Java is one of the languages that I am skilled in. Everything in minecraft was made in Java so I would be able to do many things. Including help with the server problems.)
