Moderator BlackCherry

I'm making this topic because I'm complaining. I'm not raging. I know it is an anarchy server and you get griefed and killed. But should you get greifed and killed by moderators or admins? I don't think so, because it is an unfair advantage to all the other players who play on the server. The reason why I'm complaining about this moderator (BlackCherry) is because I suspect him of cheating.

Reason #1:
On may 21st, 2012 me and one of my friends were playing minecraft together. BlackCherry kept killing everyone in one particular spot in the warzone, and me and my friend Biground decided to team up on him and kill him. We both ran up to him and started to attack him. BlackCherry fell into this hole, and that gave us a perfect advantage to kill him. But in the middle of attacking BlackCherry used a "flying carpet" to escape so he doesn't die. I think if you fall into a hole, it's your fault that you fell into it and not abuse powers and escape. Biground has proof of this as well, because he took a screenshot of BlackCherry saying he used a flying carpet to get out of the hole.

Reason #2:
On May 22nd, 2012 I logged onto the server seeing that my underground home has been greifed. I was really shocked to see that it has been greifed, because my house is a fairly good distance from spawn and it is an underground house. I first thought some random individual used a x-ray mod and cheated to find my house. But then... BlackCherry said to me yesterday "Alex what was that big hole doing in the middle of your house? lol" I said, someone greifed it and he replied "I know who did it." I asked him who was it and he said he could not tell. Why can't he tell? He's a moderator? The person who greifed the house obviously cheated because there were chest a good ways from the main base in a secret area. You would had to have dug to it to get it. So, I think BlackCherry should tell me who griefed the house because they were breaking one of the rules which was hacking. (Using a x-ray mod to find the secret chest) The good news is because of that rollback that happened yesterday all our stuff was restored. Biground did have screenshots of our destroyed house, but he deleted them off his computer because the rollback.

Reason #3:
Now, this is the biggest reason, and the reason why I'm making this topic. On May 23rd, 2012 me and two of my friends (Biground and PocketLT) were playing on minecraft having a good time. Biground decided to go home and when he got there BlackCherry was there. Biground told me BlackCherry went into the Nether and he followed him in there. Biground then threw a splash poison at BlackCherry. BlackCherry was not effected though. Then Biground told me he started to attack BlackCherry with his Sharpness diamond sword IV. BlackCherry did not die, but Biground did. I did the /home command to go help my friend out. I then went into the nether and there was BlackCherry running after me. I had a splash potion of poison at him, but it showed no affect. Do the splash potions not work? Or did BlackCherry do something that made him invincible? After I threw the potion at him, I started attacking him with my Diamond Sword Knockback I. I was dead on attacking him, and I knew this because he was attacking me. But when I was attacking him with my kockback sword he did not knockback? Strange? It also didn't show him being damaged too. (You know, when something gets damaged in minecraft, they turn red) I found that very strange. BlackCherry killed me. Biground and I are upset because first, we don't know how BlackCherry got in our house in the first place? Can mods find other players location? Second, why was BlackCherry not affected one bit by the splash potions? Do they not work? Third, how wasn't BlackCherry being affected by me and Biground hitting him? Biground told me when he was hitting him he didn't take any damage. When me and BigRound complained about BlackCherry not being affected by damage, BlackCherry replied saying he used "/heal" I find this very unfair because Biground and I can't use this "/heal" but he can in PVP situations?

Reason #4:
After the scene where BlackCherry killed Biground and I, he left the Nether. I went into the nether to my secret chest to get diamond to make another diamond sword, since I lost my previous one due to BlackCherry. I saw that the wall where the secret chest was was broken and all (22) of my diamonds were gone. How did someone find the chest? It was a good hiding spot, and the wall that was blocking the chest from plan view were netherack blocks. I immediately thought it had to be BlackCherry because he was the only one in the nether at the time. (Except for me and Biground) And before I died from BlackCherry I was in the secret chest to make a diamond sword out of the diamonds I got. I think BlackCherry was the one who took the 22 diamonds and found the secret chest by using X-ray.

I hope an Admin, or the owner can understand why I am complaining and investigate more into this. I want BlackCherry demoted and not a mod because he just causes chaos. I have witnesses that BlackChery was cheating. (You can ask either Biground or PocketLT) My friend Biground also has screen shots of him admitting to some things. I was really enjoying the time I had on this server with my pals, but ever since this moderator came, I have started disliking this server.

The order of them is messed up, but it is basically saying that BlackCherry TPAed to Biground without his permission and setting him. Then he and Jenna pulled of a raid. Jenna brought TNT. This proofs my point, that BlackCherry should be ban forever, or be demoted at a VERY low rank.

I dont think using MagicCarpet for running out of fights is allowed... And you have no proof maybe add some screenshots? Donators can use /heal he donated

I might have other screenshots.
I don't need screenshots to proof someones is abusing their power.
It's hard to make up stories about these types of things sheep.
Especially about one particular individual.
I think having proof for the MagicCarpet scenario proofs that I'm not lying about the other things I said.

He is demoted anyway because he said its ok as all he wants to do is pvp

I can give Alexandr backup, because i was there when 3 of these things were happening. saw all of the chat, and what Alexandr is saying is true. And what BroodLord just said is also true. BlackCherry was demoted by his own will, he DID say he only wanted to pvp. Brood gave him 2 choices: Be a Mod, or PvP. BlackCherry chose PvP.
