hey it says im not whitelisted ive been on verincraft for a looong time now

i still cant join it says banned:The Ban Hammer Has Spoken.please help me i just want to play

reason why is cause pyrak has access to your account, he can hack through u, so until we get this pyrak issue resolved, the next couple of days you will be banned, im very sorry. pyrak will pay for this, stupid pretend hacker.

i just wanted to join your server but hen i pressed the connect button there just appears a message: (german) "Die Verbindung wurde getrennt." (english) "The connection has been closed". "Banned: darkzouls a". I dont know who darkzouls is and maybe i have an ip range bann? Idk pls help me.
Sorry for my bad english. Im a german native speaker.
