ENOUGH WITH THIS!

I wasnt wrong after all.Verincraft`s staff is CORRUPT to the core.Just 15 mins ago i got jailed for PVP LOGGING because our beautifull little pedro said PVP LOGG after i logged out.And thats it.No combat logg plugin detecting pvp OR ANY OTHER PROOF.Then as i was making an example to him what his accusations look like(saying that it would be the same as if i said he was giving out bedrock to players at spaw) so he took it litterally and prolonged my jail time to 15 hours.And so here i am jailed and muted for a longer time not being able to prove my innocence.I hope you are proud of how corrupt your moderators are GDION and Brood.Btw i forgot to mention that he actually gave me a CHOISE.Fight him in pvp or get jailed for 12 hours( the fine is 6-12 but this was my 1st time ever breakin the rules so logically it would be 6 hours but not mister smart says I SAY ITS 12 HOURS SO FUCK YOU CODE).I just cant beleive what Verincraft has become these days.Also while we were talking 1 person (ferom-something) pvp logged 2 times in a row which i commented but he didnt give a fuck about it and continued to rage at me.

On a side note this isnt the 1st time pedro accuses me of something and doesnt have ANY FUCKING PROOF of the accusation.When i was a moderator i didnt jail mute ban or kick any and i repeat ANY player without having a solid proof that shows that someone pvp logged.

This IS the worst of all.Here's the history. You, with creepez, we're about to wither(or we're preparing) xelnaga's quartz temple. I knew this because creepez told me he would wither it. After that, creepez escaped, but you started escaping from me, has soon has you saw me. When i was very nearby to you, you 5 seconds after trying to escape logged off. After that, a incredible discussion happened in the server.
You we're saying i was extremely corrupt, i abused my powers and that because it was your first time it would be 6 hours, while it's between SIX and TWELVE. I did not jail this user who pvploged twice because the pvplog plugin killed him. This did not happen to you BECAUSE i was unable to hit you right before you logged off. You then came with a alt, to avoid the punishment. I prolonged your jail to 15 hours for this.Then you came with a sole excuse of 'the bedrock was just A EXAMPLE!' You we're always trying to say ' YOU HAVE NO PROOF ' Which i replied back with 'I have witness, being tayfro, myself, and maybe some other' Then you kept saying ' Innocent until proven otherwise ' and stuff to do with the court.
This is a example of how someone can lose my trust.

I was trying to get Zerathal to trust me because i wanted to join Xelnaga so i didnt give a fucking damn when creepez tried to fucking wither it.Not my problem.When i saw him run away i started going the other direction.Then i logged out.And btw when you were NEARBY me that nearby was at least 10 blocks because i would hear someone rushing behind me to kill me with a fucking sword.What trust do you keep bringing up?I never even knew i had your trust because every time we fight you keep accusing me of something i didnt do.Last time you wanted to jail me for fly abuse when EVERYONE even Brood prooved i was innocent.Bring on the evidence pedro.Show me a screenshot of me running away from you and then logging out.Noone saw the so called "fight" so you dont have any witnesses except you and me.You probably didnt take a picture right or any other proof that i did what you claim i did.And yes Innocent until prooven otherwise is the rule which always guided me while i was a mod.In the Crime Records you wont see a single post made by me that didnt have a picture attached to it.I really hope you keep your place as a moderator just so other people on the server could see how corrupt and quite frankly retarded when it comes to things like this.

First off, you do not have proof either, while i have witness of this happening, evne if they didn't exactly see it.
Second, I do not remember such fly case.

First of all pedro dont lie you remember it too good when you spork and me were at some desolte middle of fucking nowhere in the nether or something and spork wanted to guess a song name or w/e we started fighting and you said i used fly in combat.In the end i was innocent and everybody forgot your false accusations even thou you had screenshots which were prooven to be not incriminating.Second you dont have ANY witnesses either because a Witness is a person who SAW the whole thing and i think you and me were alone (possibly creepez saw something but you said he ran away) so its 2:0 for me pedro.People could only see the chat which counts as if i said you pvplogged and not me.Your argument is invalid pedro

I'm laying down the law here and now. If someone logs during combat, THEY DIE. That is their punishment, you DO NOT JAIL THEM, BAN THEM or MUTE THEM. Only if they decide to spam afterwards or cause issues in rage. During the time of their log, they die, end of story, no action needed.

I am sick and tired of seeing people punished for PvP logging, when the auto kill feature is plenty.

Also, just as you said, nobody saw this incident, therefore we cannot make a proper judgement based on this post. Because Pedro is staff, we trust his word, however your punishment has been waived, I believe. In any case, the two of you have a history of disagreements and rivalries, all of which ended in you raging on the forums. If you have a problem with him, take it up with him. Not everything needs to be solved by a direct intrusion of a higher court. As a matter of fact, less intrusion is better.

To Pedro: You probably should've been able to guess that he didn't need to be jailed if combat wasn't initiated. I will, however, give you the benefit of the doubt. This is ALL going to be ignored by me, and I would suggest that others do as well. The infractions of both sides, that is.

This post is spammy and unnecessary, just as many of your posts are, Code, and I would advise that you cease from posting this stuff on the forums. In each occasion, it has been debatable as to whether or not this incidences were abusive and ultimately ruled as not abusive. Also, each instance has had to do with Pedro and you. Nobody else has complained about Pedro abusing. Therefore, I have no reason to believe that these accusations are as severe as they are. You shouldn't have been jailed, that's true, but screaming "ABUSE!" at the first sign of trouble isn't the way to go about it either. You should've explained WHY it wasn't abuse. Then, if he didn't listen, post that. And make yourself more clear and less accusatory.

The two of you have gone head-to-head far too many times. My suggestion: Stay away from each other. If you don't, there will be trouble for both of you. Now, don't become reproachful, I have my reasons for saying this. You will likely both blame the other person for beginning these disputes (and I have my personal opinions) but you BOTH need to act the bigger person and deal with it. Pedro, if a discipline needs to be applied to Code while another staff member is online, let them do it, as you two have very apparent bad blood. Code, don't be reproachful and derogatory to Pedro, and you probably wouldn't have such issues with him. Now, we're done with this whole situation. Both of you, simmer down, chill out, and stop arguing over ludicrous and small-minded things.

PvP logging shouldn't have to be jailable now that we have combat log.

Isn't there a plugin that enables the Admins to
see if one player comes in contact with another?

If there where you could just look at the time
of when the one player attacked the other and the
time the other player logged out...


I also want to tell EVERYONE on the server that this isn't
how a server should be. I was on a server before Verin-
Craft and there was NO posts on the forum of someone
braking the laws of the server, why can't our server be
like that.

The reason nothing like that EVER happened is because the
Admins and Moderators where CONSTANTLY online.

There where Admins/Moderators on the server, and
Admins/Moderators on the forums. I was one of the ones on
the forums and sometimes one of them on the server.
That's why I always make my posts so neat and tidy :L

I just want to say Brood and GDION, you guys really need to re-
think this about who is Moderators and Admins.


Why don't we start fresh with a new beggining. All the Admins/Moderators
are normal players again and anyone that breaks the rules get 2 chances.
And that the players have to make applications to be a Moderator/Admin.
The other server I was on never had this thing about money (I understand
you need the money to keep the server up), the Moderators/Admins where
all picked through the forums.

There where classes:

~Moderator of Fun: Keeps the players on the server happy and makes
sure they have a good time (I was one ^.^)

~Admin : Kinda self explanatory.

~Moderator of PvP: He/She always kept the PvP fights fair.

~Moderator of Factions : He/She had a base underground and kept the factions
alive and made sure the Faction Wars where a fair
fight (eg: if one of the factions had full diamond armour
and the other had iron, he would give one of the factions diamond armour)


It's just a suggestion.
