An Accusation Against Android

Both quitter and android says he used spawnmob

So he didn't use spawn eggs? Because he is not saying anything here so idk

I talked to android and browniez's friend (Quitter, which was online and there when everything happened)

By the looks of it, both 'histories' talk nearly of the same thing

The friends had some or two mooshroms, but then they died. How is unknown, but i bet they killed them and forgot to breed them first.

Short after browniez asked android to spawn the mooshroms back.
He did through /spawnmob, without having the supporter rank

Short after they re-killed the mooshroms, and while i was trying to get information for this post, quitter was asking for more mooshroms.

When this happened, smith saw this and took action

Why i did this post is to informate anyone that does not know the history yet.
By the seems, the only problem here is that android made a mistake : he forgot to not spawn items/mobs/whatever for others without a valid reason. The valid reason quitter/browniez gave was 'our mooshroms died' and it isn't enough

I was talking to android and he said he only used /spawnmob to spawn them... that he never gave them spawn eggs

Also smith, you can demote him yourself by simply typing /pex demote android3564

Giving items to players is forbidden when you have creative and when you are an admin. Expecially mob eggs. I can agree with smith on this. Come on android you should know this.

I got online today at 1:00 my time, and CaptainBrowniez told me he had a problem. Obviously, I inquired as to its nature. He told me that he had two Mooshrooms, but they had died and he wanted them back. Then he asked for two Mooshroom spawn eggs. Before I could respond, he told me that Android3564 had previously given his friend, Quitter, 2 Mooshroom spawn eggs. After several inquiries, there is no other explanation for their origin. Requesting temporary demtion to Moderator, pending a full investigation.
