Ive got a problem

today I was playing and I was block jumping up in the nether. My game crashed or ran out of memory or whatever so I pulled up a new minecraft launcher. As I was waiting for my game to load it said kicked for flying or flying related thing. As far as I can tell I was doing nothing wrong, but now every time I try to log in it says what I stated above. Please help me fix this
