Account issues, please help.

1) That is NoCheatPlus being a little too controlling. Same with #3). We are going to try and configure it to not be so strict to players.

2) That is a minecraft bug. The next update fixes that attacking issue. It is unfortunate we need to wait on the next update to fix it.

I got different issues, some of them are quite frustrating, i'd like to know how to "solve" them.
1) Sometimes, when i try to log in, I instantly get kicked for "flying (or related)". This doesn't let me play for different hours.
2) I can't hit mobs/players or fire arrows at random intervals, and i die quite often because of that.
3) I randomly get kicked for "block breaking out of sync" while mining. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, I repeatedly get knocked out of the server.

I heard this happens to other players too, and i would be grateful if someone told me a way to get rid of these issues.
