PvP Timer - Anti noob killing plugin

Everyone knows that new people usually get camped at the spawn exits and killed for no good reason, and it can be prevented when staff is on. But what happens when none are on and new people join the server? They get killed and rage quit. Who knows how many people we lost that way.

The PvPtimer plugin would prevent this. What it does is, it disables PvP for new players that join the server. They can't attack and they can't be attacked for a set amount of time. This way they can look around the spawn and move a decent distance away from spawn campers.

I think we should definitely try this plugin out, as this is such a big issue on the server.
As for the amount of time that PvP would be disabled, I think 5-10 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to get away from spawn.
