Maddogg doesnt have access to the force tp command since he is Lord and not Moderator.Nurse got demoted yesterday so she cant force tp aswell

Well he can't /tp, only /tpa (which requires the permission of the other person he is teleporting to). So he probably found your base legit while you were offline, found a way in and set his /home there. When you got online he teleported there with /home and raided you. Legit.
