In the last few weeks of Terecraft (the only weeks I was there) I didn't learn very much. Previous positions: I have never held a staff position on any server, however, I have observed the moderators and admin of all of the servers I mentioned above, and I have seen both good and bad, effective, and non-effective. I have learned what it means to be a moderator, and that it is more of a sacrifice than an advantage.
