SmiteKings suggestion for member ranks

member ranks. (these are only suggestion feel free to make changes)

trusted>builder>skilled_builder>master_builder
trusted>soldier>skilled_soldier>master soldier
trusted>commander>skilled_commander>master_commander
trusted>Raider>Skilled_raider>master_raider

Builder rank
to get Trusted:must be on server for 2-4 weeks
to get Builder:must have built a nice house (not plain)
to get Skilled_builder:must have build a very nice house (furnished well and such)
to get Master_builder: must have built a stunning house

Soldier Rank
to get Trusted:must be on server for 2-4 weeks
to get Soldier:must have successfully killed 3 people in pvp in a row (seen by mods or admins or higher)
to get Skilled solider:must have successfully killed 6 people in pvp in a row
to get Master soldier: must have successfully killed 12 people in pvp in a row

Commander rank
to get trusted:must be on server for 2-4 weeks
to get Commander:must create a faction with 3 or more people
to get Skilled commander:must create a faction with 6 or more people
to get Master commander:must create a faction with 8 people or more

Raider rank
to get Trusted:must be on server for 2-4 weeks
to get Raider:must successfully raid a house or base
to get Skilled raider:must successfully raid 3 houses or bases or more
to get Master raider:must successfully raid 3 factions

each rank would have a reward. (as seen below)

builder reward:half a stack of any building block of their choice (not gold or diamond blocks or tnt of course)
skilled builder reward:a stack of any building block of their choice
master builder reward: 6 diamonds or two stacks of any building block of their choice

soldier rank reward: 2 diamonds
skilled soldier reward: 4 diamonds
master soldier reward: 8 diamonds

commander reward: small faction powerboost
skilled commander reward: a book written about you dedicated to you and your leadership
master commander: a diamond sword that is named whatever you want

raider reward: 2 diamonds
skilled raider reward: 4 diamonds
master raider reward: full leather armor (dyed any color they wish)

oh, nevermind my last post, i see how you earn it, except for the builder thing i think its ideal and doable

Too much to manage, and it's easy to lie to gain it, also to easy to obtain. People will amass the ranks within a few days. Also contrasts heavily with donator ranks making them less "wantable".

I'd go against this, as it seems like a waste of time and a useless consumption of it, also easy to lie to gain / conflicts for no reason.

i forgot to include that a admin would have to see it happen for the person to get promoted.

hmm gdion does have a great point, but it also is kind of a good idea, maybe we could reduce it to just 2-3 ranks or something? kind of like the ranks on the forums, where its like noob, loyal, trusted, etc? i think that might make a good compromise?

It doesn't sound like a good idea. The rewards are too high and too needy. The ranks will determine how people pick for factions, people would only hire soldiers and commanders in their faction, you don't need builders on an anarchy server; everything is obsidian, and lastly everyone is a raider; you can't avoid raiding forever. They're nice suggestions, but they'd screw up the server too much
